Jeff joined H & W Management team in late 2006.  Since joining the team, he has been involved in the ownership, development, and management of hotels. During this time, he has been active with the day to day operations of the management arm, the development of Hilton and Marriott products, acquisition, renovation and working with major national hotel chains.

 

Jeff is a commercial real estate broker (CCIM). Having been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999, he has secured over 150 transactions from 1999 to 2006. As a real estate broker, he was a principal for commercial real estate groups, where he was responsible for sales and leasing in their commercial real estate division.

 

Jeff graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology in May of 1980 and started his first career with Central Welding Supplies of Lexington, KY.  His work continued there for 19 years.  His family purchased the company; Jeff was general manager/partner until the company was sold.

Over the years, Jeff has been active in professional organizations and community service.  He is or has been a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, Kentucky Travel Industry Association, Bluegrass Hospitality Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Property Association of Lexington, Lexington Chamber, and the Lexington Board of Realtors. Jeff has served on numerous civic groups in Lexington, KY. He presently participates within his church, community outreach programs and international missions.
 

Jeff lives in Lexington, KY with Kathy, his wife of 32 years. Their oldest child, Jason lives in Nashville, Tennessee while their youngest, Whitney lives in Akron, Ohio.
