Jeff
Yeary, CCIM, is a commercial real estate broker specializing in
the sale of land, hospitality and office
property. Having been in the
commercial real estate industry since 1999, he has secured over 150
transactions over the course
of his career.
Prior to joining H & W Hotels, Yeary was the principal broker for
Coleman Group, where he was
responsible for sales and leasing in their commercial real estate
division. He has also served 20 years as the general
manager/partner of Central Welding
Supplies, Inc., an industrial distribution company in central Kentucky.
Yeary is currently a partner
in H & W Hotels, LLC which participates in the analysis, development,
purchase, and management of hotels.
During his career he has been
involved in the brokerage of a 30-acre office park development that
included office condominiums and the selling of land. He has also participated in the design,
construction and brokerage of office buildings, residential
townhomes and hotels.
Active in his professional and community life, Yeary is a member of the
Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, Society of Industrial and Office,
International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial
Property Association of Lexington,
Lexington Chamber, and the Lexington Board of Realtors. In addition, he
has served and serves on
numerous civic groups in Lexington, KY. Presently participating within
his church and it’s community outreach
program.
Yeary earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology from
Morehead State University.
